Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- All items are made in small batches. During busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping on Orders $35+
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35—no code needed.
Shipping Details
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Shipping rates for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Whipped Up products! However, due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item:
- You can call us at (406) 312-9197.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will process your return or exchange within 2 business days of receiving the product. Your refund will be processed back onto the original method of payment.
We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
